Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g noodles (soup noodles – stars, letters, etc.)
- 2 cubes of stock, fat
- 1 liter of water
- pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
In a pot with a little margarine, lightly fry the soup noodles until lightly golden brown (careful, this cooks very quickly). Then deglaze with water and add the two fatty stock cubes and let simmer for about 8-10 minutes. Season with pepper and nutmeg, if desired, or add Maggi starch. Then let it simmer for a while so the noodles can absorb the broth. It’s quick, very inexpensive, and very filling. It’s not a regular meal, though; only suitable for a quick meal.
