Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 5 onions
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta and place it in a baking dish. Finely chop the onions and fry them, being careful not to overbrown them. Crush the garlic and add it. Deglaze everything with the cream and season with pepper and paprika to taste. Bring to a boil and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 150°C for about 15 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the cheese.
