Grandpa's pasta pot

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 150 g meat sausage
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Butter flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta. Dice the sausage and place it in the buttered dish. Drain the pasta and place it on top of the sausage. Mix the milk with the eggs and seasonings and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and place a few flakes of butter on top. Bake, covered, at 200-220°C for about 45 minutes. Variation: Add 0.5 pkt. of buttered vegetables.
