Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pasta
- 300 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper, nutmeg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 can of tomatoes, pureed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion(s)

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then transfer to a baking dish. Whisk the milk and eggs with salt, pepper, and nutmeg and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and bake the casserole for about 30 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat). For the tomato sauce, put the passata, butter, and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Peel and halve the onion, and add it to the sauce. Now simmer the passata over a low heat until the casserole is ready. Remove the onion before serving. Pour the sauce over each portion of the casserole and serve. With a large bowl of mixed salad on the side, it will feed up to 4 people. A great recipe for families with children.
