Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g pork fillet(s)
- oil
- Salt
- pepper
- 200 g mushrooms, fresh
- 10 g flour
- 50 ml water
- 125 ml white wine
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- Mustard, medium hot
- Worcestershire sauce
- 100 g cheese (grated Gouda)
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Rinse the meat under running water, pat dry, and cut into strips. Clean the mushrooms, wipe them with kitchen paper, and slice them. Heat oil in a pan and brown the meat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in a greased casserole dish. Fry the mushrooms in oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Dust with flour and let brown slightly. Add water and white wine. Heat gently while stirring, then stir in the crème fraîche. Season the sauce with mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the meat and sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with rice.
