Baked Potato Bolognese

Baked Potato Bolognese

  • 2 Baked potatoes
  • 250 g Minced meat to taste
  • 1 Can Tomato paste
  • 1 Can Water to extinguish
  • Spices to taste and taste
  • Parmesan for sprinkling
  • Colorful salad
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Sea-Salt

Baked Potato Bolognese

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Wash the baked potatoes but do not peel them. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Then place in the oven and bake for about 25 to 40 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the potato.
  2. In the meantime, make the Bolognese. To do this, take a pan and fry the minced meat in it without fat, crumbly. Stir in tomato paste and deglaze with water. Season with spices according to your taste.
  3. When the baked potato is done, take it out of the oven and place on a flat plate. Slice the slices apart and put the Bolognese on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan and decorate the colorful salad.
