Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 5 potatoes, giant
- 250 g chicken
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- Sea salt, coarse-grained
- Pepper, crushed
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
Wash the potatoes and pre-boil them for about 30 minutes. Season the meat with salt and pepper, fry, and then cut into strips. Slice the spring onion. Cut off one of the tops of the pre-boiled potatoes. Hollow out the potatoes and add the meat, onion, and oil. Wrap in aluminum foil and place on the grill for about 10 minutes.
