Baked potato wedges

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 large potatoes, floury
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • Spice(s), of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut into wedges. Brush with olive oil, season, and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (gas mark 3-4, fan oven 180°C) for about 20-25 minutes, turning once or twice. After about 10 minutes of baking, stir in the finely chopped garlic cloves. Serve as a side dish or with a dip.
