Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 liter of boiling water
  • 1 lemon(s), squeezed
  • ½ bulb(s) of ginger
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the ginger and cut it into small slices. Place the slices in a teapot. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add a pinch of pepper and pour boiling water over it.
