Baked potato wedges – spicy – fiery

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, new, medium and small
  • some oil (garlic oil)
  • a few stalks of rosemary
  • a little curry powder
  • Paprika powder, sweet and hot
  • ½ tsp chili flakes or chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Potato wedges, fiery seasoned, easily prepared in the oven

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Wash and quarter the potatoes, then pat dry with kitchen paper. Mix well in a large bowl with the garlic oil, curry powder, paprika, chili, salt, and pepper. Place on a greased baking sheet. Add the rosemary sprigs. Bake for about 45 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Serve with the sour cream and a fresh green salad. A cucumber salad also goes well.
