Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large potato(s)
  • 100 g crab
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 2 sprigs of dill
  • some salt
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Wash the potato and pat dry. Place the potato on a piece of aluminum foil, top with a knob of butter, and sprinkle with salt. Wrap the potato and place it in the oven on a baking sheet. Baking time depends on the size of the potato. A standard baked potato takes about 60-90 minutes. You can test the potato every now and then with a wooden skewer to see if it’s cooked through. Mix the quark with the sour cream and add the dill. Refrigerate until ready to serve. When serving, slice the potato lengthwise to about 3/4 of its depth. Pour the dip over it, if desired, and then scatter the shrimp on top. Add a sprig of dill for decoration. Serve with a fresh salad.
