Baked potato with quark

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large potato(s) (300 g)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 g quark
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some lettuce or cress
  • 1 tsp butter (half-fat butter)

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes. Peel the garlic and press it into the quark. Chop the coriander and stir in. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the potatoes, cut them lengthwise, and break them apart slightly. Arrange on lettuce leaves or cress and garnish with low-fat butter. Serve with herb quark.
