Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 1 medium-sized bell pepper(s)
- 2 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 3 stalk(s) Celery
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
- 2 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
- 1 tsp marjoram, picked leaves
- 1 tbsp basil, picked leaves
- 1 tsp oregano, picked leaves
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp oil

Prepare the vegetables and finely chop them in batches in the Quick-Chef. Sauté the vegetables together in the oil and deglaze with the tomatoes. Season with instant broth, spices, and herbs. Simmer at medium heat for 20 minutes. If you prefer a finer sauce, you can purée it afterwards. Serve the sauce with pasta of your choice. For WW fans, this is a “zero-point” sauce!
