Baked Potatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 1 tbsp, stalked chives, fresh or frozen
  • ½ tsp, leveled salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with sour cream dip

Cut the potatoes crosswise. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for 60–75 minutes (depending on the size). In the meantime, mix the sour cream with the salt and chives and serve with the baked potatoes.
