Baked Potatoes …
The perfect baked potatoes … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 size Potatoes
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 50 ml Water
- 50 ml Of half a lemon
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 0,5 teaspoon Herbs of Provence
- 1 Knife sp. Chilli flakes
- 2 Garlic cloves unpeeled
- 12 Black olives
- 2 rest Grilled chicken breasts
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into very large pieces.
- Put the oil with water, lemon juice, salt, Provence herbs and chilli flakes in a bowl, add the potatoes and mix in, then pour everything into an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- During this time stir once or twice and after about 20 minutes put the black olives between the potatoes. Place the chicken breasts on the side of the pan – they should only be warmed up here.
- I served the baked potatoes with a dollop of créme fraiche with the warmed chicken breasts. First there was a simple leaf salad with a whole tomato for two.
