Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 m.-sized potatoes
- some marjoram or rosemary or garlic
- some olive oil or rapeseed oil
- salt and pepper

Wash the potatoes, halve them, and place them cut-side up in a casserole dish or roasting pan. Drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with herbs to taste. Bake in the oven at 180°C on the middle rack until the tops of the potatoes are browned. This takes about 30-40 minutes. Serve with sour cream, tzatziki, or herb curd cheese.
