Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g potatoes
- 1 tbsp Herbs de Provence or Italian herb mix
- 1 tsp sea salt or regular table salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil or other oil

Baked potatoes with herbs
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into small pieces with the skin on: quarters, slices, etc., as you like. Mix them in a large bowl with the herbs, oil, and salt, and place everything on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at about 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are soft and golden brown. We eat them either on their own with herb curd or as a side dish, for example, with grilled food.
