Baked potatoes, simple and delicious

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • Paprika powder
  • Pepper, ground
  • oregano
  • Garlic granules
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Scrub the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Then I place them in a freezer bag. Then add the oil and seasonings, according to taste. Seal the bag tightly or with a rubber band and shake vigorously so that all the potatoes get some of the seasoning. Spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about half an hour to an hour (depending on the size of the wedges). They can be enjoyed as a side dish with all sorts of things or simply on their own.
