without any added fat – suitable for diets
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and brush them with a brush. Then cut them lengthwise and place them skin-down on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C (400°F) at medium heat until golden yellow to brown “mounds” have formed on the potato halves (takes approximately 30 minutes). Serve with herring salad, herb curd cheese, or tzatziki.
