Baked Potatoes with Feta Yoghurt Harissa Dip

Ingredients
 

  • 800 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 200 g Feta
  • 300 g Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Harisa spice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees). Peel, halve and quarter the potatoes (I only used 200 gr. Potatoes), as I found 800 gr. Potatoes too much for 2 people, in a bowl with paprika , Mix oil and salt and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the hot oven on the middle rack 35-40.
  • Put the feta in a bowl and mash finely with a fork. Mix with yoghurt and harissa. Season with salt and serve with the baked potatoes.
