Baked potatoes with lamb chops

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g potatoes
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 6 lamb chops
  • oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and slice the potatoes. Generously brush a baking sheet with oil and spread the potato slices evenly. Slice the tomatoes and onion and spread them on top of the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little oil. Bake in the oven at 220°C (425°F). After about 30 minutes, place the seasoned lamb chops (with salt, pepper, or marinade) on top. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chops. Serve on the baking sheet. A green salad would be a good accompaniment.
