Fish fillets gratinated
Wash the fish fillet under running water and pat dry. Immediately sprinkle with lemon juice and rub with salt and pepper. Blanch the beefsteak tomatoes in boiling water and peel them. Halve the tomatoes lengthwise, remove the seeds, and dice the flesh. Dice the cooked ham as well. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion slices until soft, but without browning. Add the mushrooms and cook. Boil down the resulting liquid. Add the cooked ham to the pan and fry. Finally, heat the diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Continue frying until the vegetables are mostly dry. Finely chop the herbs and add them. Spread everything over the fish fillet. Drain the mozzarella well and cut into thin slices. Arrange these on the fish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 15 – 20 minutes.
