Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels (unbreaded)
- 2 cans of chanterelles
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 2 onions
- 4 slices of cheese
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Season the schnitzels and coat them in flour, then fry. Place them on a preheated platter and keep warm. Sauté the mushrooms with the diced onions and sliced ham. Then top the schnitzels with the mushroom, onion, and ham mixture. Place the cheese slices on top and bake in the oven until the cheese has taken on a nice brown color. Serve with croquettes, fries, or similar.
