  • 4 turkey schnitzels (unbreaded)
  • 2 cans of chanterelles
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 2 onions
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Season the schnitzels and coat them in flour, then fry. Place them on a preheated platter and keep warm. Sauté the mushrooms with the diced onions and sliced ​​ham. Then top the schnitzels with the mushroom, onion, and ham mixture. Place the cheese slices on top and bake in the oven until the cheese has taken on a nice brown color.
