Baked smoked pork

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 slices of smoked pork (boneless)
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the smoked pork well with pepper on both sides, then place it in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180°C and briefly pre-cook the smoked pork in a little water. Dice the onion and fry in a small saucepan with a little oil, then add the mushrooms. Add the cream, bring to a boil, and season with pepper and a little salt. Pour the mushroom sauce over the smoked pork and sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Return to the oven. Serve when the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
