Baked Tomato Baguettes

  • 2 size Wheat baguettes to bake
  • 8 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 branch Rosemary
  • 2 Branches Basil
  • 1 Branches Thyme
  • 3 Branches Oregano
  • 4 medium sized Tomatoes
  • 100 g Grated Gouda
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Cut the baguettes in half and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread one tablespoon of olive oil on each of the baguettes. Wash, dry and finely chop the herbs, then distribute evenly over the baguettes. Grind the pepper freshly over it. Wash, dry and slice tomatoes. Spread the tomato slices on the baguettes.
