Tomato and Mozzarella Baguettes

  • 1 Pc. Parisian bread or baguette, about 300 gr
  • Olive oil
  • 3 Pc. Tomatoes, pitted
  • 2 Pc. Mozzarella ball
  • Oregano, basil
  • Salt pepper

  1. Divide the baguette into thirds and halve the pieces lengthways. Place the bread on a baking sheet and drizzle generously with olive oil. Dice tomatoes and mozzarella, finely chop herbs and mix everything together well. Season to taste with salt and pepper and carefully distribute on the bread. Then bake at 200 ° C for about 12 minutes in the fan oven.
