Baked, topped flatbread

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 large flatbread(s)
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Divide the flatbread into three “pie slices” and score the pieces to allow for filling. Thinly slice the feta and tomatoes. Top the bread parcels first with the feta and then with the tomatoes. Season with pepper, close, and bake for 5-6 minutes. Enjoy immediately.
