Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 g cream cheese
- 150 ml cream
- 200 g cheese (Gouda)
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- chili powder
- Oil (garlic oil)
- Fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the cream cheese, cream cheese, and cream with salt, pepper, paprika, chili, and sugar. Grate the Gouda and stir in. Refrigerate. Season the turkey cutlets with salt and pepper and fry. Place in a baking dish greased with garlic oil and spread the cheese mixture over the top. Bake at 200°C.
