Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 g breadcrumbs
  • 30 g sugar
  • 50 g almonds
  • 1 egg white
  • pinch(s) of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Stir in the sugar, ground almonds, and toasted breadcrumbs. Place the macaroons on a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit) until golden brown.
