Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 2 cans of chanterelles or mushrooms
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 2 onions
- 4 slice(s) cheese, e.g. toast cheese, Gouda
- Butter, for frying
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Season the schnitzel, coat in flour, fry in a pan as usual, place on a preheated platter, and keep warm. Sauté the mushrooms with the diced onions and diced ham. Place on top of the schnitzel, cover with the cheese, and heat under the grill until the cheese melts.
