Italian recipe

Peel the onion and slice into rings. Heat the oil and fry the onion rings until translucent. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Then stir in the tomato sauce and add the red wine. Bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes. Wash the turkey cutlets, pat dry, and halve them. Season with salt and pepper and fry in the melted butter for about 2 minutes on each side. Pour the tomato sauce into an ovenproof dish. Place the turkey cutlets on top and arrange the sliced mozzarella on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for about 15 minutes. Wash the basil, shake dry, and cut into fine strips. Sprinkle over the cutlets before serving. Serve with pasta or French fries and a crisp iceberg lettuce with cherry tomatoes. The leftover red wine also goes very well with the dish.
