Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 white cabbage
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 100 g butter
- 250 ml sour cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Halve the white cabbage, separate the leaves, and cook in salted water. Drain, then cut the leaves into strips. Melt the butter. Layer the white cabbage strips in a baking dish. Sprinkle melted butter, cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper over each layer. Top with cheese and sour cream. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until crispy on top.
