Baked Wild Salmon & Prawns

The perfect baked wild salmon & prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Wild salmon
  • 125 g Shrimp peeled deveined
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 120 ml White wine dry
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 pinch Telly cherry pepper
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 pinch Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 1 tbsp Chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp Dried marjoram
  • 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • Baguette
  1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash tomatoes, quarter them and remove the stalk. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions with the garlic until translucent.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!

  1. Then add diced tomatoes to the onions and stir-fry briefly. Deglaze with white wine and season with seasoned salt and garlic pepper. Season the salmon and prawns with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Pour the prepared onion and tomato sauce over it and sprinkle with breadcrumbs!
  2. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette! Also tastes good with rice or potatoes! 🙂
  3. If you take half of the recipe you can also take it great as a starter!
