Christmas Chocolate – Almond – Cookies
The perfect christmas chocolate – almond – cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Margarine
- 90 g Sugar
- 150 g Brown Grümmel rock candy
- 8 g Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 6 g Grated orange peel
- 6 g Grated lemon peel
- 2 g Ground cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 100 g Chopped almonds
- 150 g Grated dark chocolate
- This dough is enough for 100-120 cookies, depending on the size.
- First, mix the margarine with the sugar, rock candy, vanilla sugar, grated orange / lemon peel and eggs well. Mix the cinnamon and baking powder with the flour and gradually stir in well. Finally stir in the almonds and the grated chocolate. Chill the dough for 30 minutes so that it is easier to portion. But you could also process it directly. 😉
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C hot air.
- Line baking trays with baking paper and, with two small teaspoons, place small portions on baking paper, spaced enough apart so that the dough runs in circles.
- Put in the oven for approx. 10-15 minutes. Check after 10 minutes at the latest. As soon as the cookies have a caramel brown color, they are already done. They are still soft when they are hot and solid when they cool down.
