Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 small zucchini
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- Salt
- 150 ml olive oil

Peel the zucchini into strips with a vegetable peeler, season generously with salt, and let stand for at least 30 minutes. Then pat dry and place in an ovenproof dish. Peel the garlic cloves and slice them once if necessary. Add them to the zucchini along with the rosemary. Drizzle everything with olive oil and bake in the oven at 220°C for about 20-25 minutes (fan oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes) on the second rack from the bottom. Turn over several times. Let cool and serve with baguette.
