Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 zucchini
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp oregano, freshly chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 slice(s) of toast
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Clean and wash the zucchini, halve lengthwise, and hollow out the insides. Peel and finely dice the onion. Sauté in butter with oregano. Add the zucchini flesh and season with salt. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Peel and press the garlic clove. Remove the crust from the toast and finely dice. Roughly crumble the cheese. Combine the crème fraîche with the cheese, garlic, zucchini mixture, and bread, season with pepper, and fill the zucchini halves. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
