Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g spelt (spelt flour)
- 250 ml mineral water or vegetable broth
- some salt
- some caraway
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix flour and liquid into a dough, season, and add other ingredients, such as anise, leek, cabbage, garlic, fresh herbs, or roasted onion, if desired. Using a moist tablespoon, place 4 flatbreads onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and smooth the surface. Prick several times with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 220 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
