Baked zucchini with minced meat filling

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 4 small zucchini
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 package of ham cubes
  • 180 g sheep’s cheese
  • oil
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely chop the onion and sauté over medium heat with a little oil. Add the bacon cubes and fry. Add the minced meat and fry well. Season to taste. Finely chop the feta cheese and add it. Slice the zucchini lengthwise, hollow out the insides, and fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides. Place the zucchini in a baking dish and fill with the minced meat mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
