Baked Zucchini

The perfect baked zucchini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Handful Tomatoes small
  • Olive oil with basil
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 2 Bullets Mozzarella
  • Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  2. Wash the zucchini, cut into slices about 1 cm thick and place on the baking sheet. Peel and crush the garlic clove and mix with a little olive oil. Then brush the zucchini slices with it.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread over the zucchini slices. Season everything a little with salt and pepper. Put a tomato slice on top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  4. Now place the tray with the zucchini slices in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Baguette or fresh bakery bread tastes good with it.
