Baking: Blueberry Muffins

- 150 g Blackberries or blueberries
- 50 g Whole grain biscuits
- 100 g Flour type 550
- 100 g Marzipan paste
- 80 g Sugar
- 2 piece Eggs
- 100 g Mascarpone
- 50 ml Cream 30% fat
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0,5 piece Grated tonka beans
- 1 pinch Salt
- Grate or otherwise crush the biscuits. Together with flour, grated marzipan paste, eggs, sugar, mascarpone; Mix the cream, baking powder, salt and grated tonka bean into a batter.
- Line a muffin tin with paper cases and preheat the stove to 175 degrees.
- Now put a tablespoon of batter into each mold, place a teaspoon of berries on top and cover with a little batter. Put a few more berries on top and bake for about 20 minutes. (Chopstick sample)
- After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
