Baking: Blueberry Muffins

The perfect baking: blueberry muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Blackberries or blueberries
  • 50 g Whole grain biscuits
  • 100 g Flour type 550
  • 100 g Marzipan paste
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 100 g Mascarpone
  • 50 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0,5 piece Grated tonka beans
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Grate or otherwise crush the biscuits. Together with flour, grated marzipan paste, eggs, sugar, mascarpone; Mix the cream, baking powder, salt and grated tonka bean into a batter.
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper cases and preheat the stove to 175 degrees.
  3. Now put a tablespoon of batter into each mold, place a teaspoon of berries on top and cover with a little batter. Put a few more berries on top and bake for about 20 minutes. (Chopstick sample)
  4. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
