Baking: Butter Cake from Tray

The perfect baking: butter cake from tray recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Flour type 550
  • 60 g Sugar brown
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 100 g Liquid butter
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0,5 teaspoon Cinammon
  • 1 dice Fresh yeast, equivalent to 42 g
  • 1 dice Butter
  • Cinnamon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • Water
  1. Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well. Crumble in the yeast, add a tablespoon of sugar and mix with a little warm milk and a little flour until the yeast has dissolved.
  2. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
  3. Now mix the pre-dough with the flour, add the melted butter, stir in the salt, the brown sugar, the egg and the cinnamon and mix well.
  4. Coat a baking sheet with fat and roll out the dough on it. Let rise again covered for half an hour.
  5. Use your finger to make holes in the dough at small intervals and fill them with flakes of butter. The more holes there are, the better the cake will taste.
  6. Now bake the cake in the preheated oven at approx. 175 degrees for 15 minutes, remove it, sprinkle thickly with cinnamon sugar and bake for another 15 minutes.
  7. Dissolve some sugar in water and sprinkle the hot cake with it.
