- 1 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Flour
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 125 g Butter
- 1 cups Sugar
- 200 g Sliced almonds
- Put the cream, sugar and eggs in a bowl and stir well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into the dough in smaller portions. Spread the finished mixture on a smaller baking sheet that has been greased or lined with baking paper or aluminum foil
- Preheat the Bach oven (convection) to around 170 – 180 degrees. Bake the cake on the middle rack for about 10 minutes
- In the meantime, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the almonds and after the first baking time spread them on the chick, then sprinkle the sugar over them. Bake for another 10-15 minutes
