- Crumble the yeast in milk and dissolve in it while stirring.
- Put the flour, sugar, butter, yeast milk and flavorings in a bowl and knead thoroughly.
- Now cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 60-90 minutes.
- Crumble the marzipan and mix with the almonds and orange peel.
- Knead the dough again, kneading in the other 3 ingredients.
- Now shape into a loaf and place on a baking sheet. Let rise again for 45-60 minutes.
- Bake at 170 ° C for about 40-45 minutes.
- Now brush with melted butter and numb with powdered sugar.
