Bell Pepper Herb with Soy Cubes

- 1 pack Soy cubes
- 1 piece Whole white cabbage
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 2 Pc. Apples
- Onion
- Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 liter Vegetable stock
- Olive oil
- Yellow curry powder
- Hot paprika powder
- Hot sauce the poison
- Salt and pepper
- Soak the soy cubes in the water according to the instructions on the package. You can add some spices to the water so that they don’t taste so bland. Peel and finely chop the onion, wash the cabbage, bell peppers and apples well. Cut white cabbage into fine strips and dice peppers and apples.
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sweat the onion and garlic in it until translucent. Add cabbage, paprika and apples and toast briefly, add all the spices, stir well, roast well for a few minutes. Pour the vegetable stock on top and add the soaked soy cubes. Let the whole thing simmer gently on a low flame for a good 20 minutes.
