- 250 g Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 150 ml Lukewarm water
- 0,25 piece Yeast cubes
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Put the flour and salt in a bowl. Crumble the yeast in water and dissolve while stirring. Add the yeast water and oil to the bowl. Knead everything together thoroughly.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes.
- Then knead again. Now shape into a 20-22cm long roll and place it on a baking sheet. Let rise for another 45-60 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
