I prepare the weighed ingredients in small containers. Then I fill a clean 1 liter glass jar in layers. It looks really good. With the jar filled like this, you can give the following baking instructions as a gift: You will need: 4 eggs, 1/8 liter water, 1/8 liter cold oil, 1 x baking mix. Mix the baking mix well, briefly beat the eggs with the water and oil. Add the baking mix and mix for 7 minutes. Pour the cake into a greased pan and bake at 160°C for about an hour. I made the mixture myself before giving it away for the first time and tasted it. It is a simple, quite moist cake. I put most of the mixture in jars and will also give this mixture as a cake in a jar.
