Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 handfuls of mixed vegetables to taste
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled, whole
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 190°C. Place a large sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place vegetables (onions, leeks, kohlrabi, broccoli, peppers, etc.) and garlic on the parchment paper and drizzle with lemon juice and oil. Then fold the parchment paper into a small package to prevent leakage. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Carefully open the package to allow steam to escape and to collect any juices. This is a great side dish for fish and meat.
