- 24 piece Sour cherries from the glass
- 75 g Butter
- 125 g Sugar
- 125 ml Water
- 25 ml Sour cherry juice
- Cut the baklava dough sheets into approx. 7-8 cm squares, you need 64 pieces. Lay 8 of them on top of each other.
- Heat 0.5 tbsp butter in a small pan, steam the cherries in it for a few minutes. Then place 3 pieces on each of the dough squares.
- Then fold each pack into a triangle and place it on a small baking sheet so that the front corners are slightly above each other.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan and pour it over the triangles, moistening all areas with butter (use a brush if necessary).
- Now bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes, until the surface is light brown.
- Prepare the syrup while baking. To do this, put sugar, water and cherry juice in a saucepan, bring to the boil and cook for a few minutes.
- After baking, pour the hot syrup over the söbiyet
- Let cool, then serve.
