Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Margarine
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 250 ml Milk
  • Sour cherries from the glass
  • 250 ml Whipped cream
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener

Instructions
 

  • 1st dough makes 16 muffins, here 2 muffins per person. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (fan oven), grease the muffin baking tin or line it with paper liners. Drain the sour cherries in a sieve, saving the juice! The juice of the sour cherries is added to the cream later.
  • Mix the dough from flour, baking powder, salt, egg, margariene, sugar and milk together. Add the desired amount of sour cherries and mix well. Distribute the batter evenly in the molds. Baking time of the muffins: 20-25 min
  • Take the muffins out of the mold and let them cool for 10 minutes. While doing this, mix the whipped cream with the whipped cream. Add about 8 tbsp of the cherry juice to the cream. Now decorate the muffins with the cream and possibly sprinkles etc. as you wish =)
