Baking: Strawberry Cupcakes
The perfect baking: strawberry cupcakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
* for the dough
- 125 g Margarine
- 125 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 125 g Flour
- 1,5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Milk
* for filling and topping
- 150 g Fresh strawberries
- 250 ml Milk
- 0,5 packet Strawberry pudding powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 50 g Butter at room temperature
- Colorful sprinkles
- Beat the margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Beat eggs one by one. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in with the milk.
- Put the dough in a cupcake tin and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
- Let cool a little in the mold, then tumble out and let cool down completely.
- For the filling made of milk, pudding powder and sugar, cook a pudding according to the package instructions and let it cool down.
- Wash and chop the strawberries. Then fill them into the hollows of the cupcakes, leaving 8 pieces behind.
- Beat the butter until frothy and fold in the pudding, tablespoon at a time.
- Pour this cream into a piping bag and squirt into / on top of the cupcakes. Sprinkle with sugar sprinkles.
- Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- BAKING WITH A 12 MUFFIN MOLD: You can also bake the dough in a normal muffin pan. Then you have to cut out small hollows from the muffins after they have cooled down. Otherwise the production and the quantities are the same.
