  • 250 ml Milk
  • 0,5 packet Strawberry pudding powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 50 g Butter at room temperature
  • Colorful sprinkles
  1. Beat the margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Beat eggs one by one. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in with the milk.
  2. Put the dough in a cupcake tin and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  3. Let cool a little in the mold, then tumble out and let cool down completely.
  4. For the filling made of milk, pudding powder and sugar, cook a pudding according to the package instructions and let it cool down.
  5. Wash and chop the strawberries. Then fill them into the hollows of the cupcakes, leaving 8 pieces behind.
  6. Beat the butter until frothy and fold in the pudding, tablespoon at a time.
